How Do I Upload Photos?Back To Top
  1. After you have logged in, click on the 'Upload Photos' link on the right hand side of the page and then follow the prompts on the UPLOAD PHOTOS page.
  2. You can use the fast upload for multiple photos at once or the slower full resolution upload option. You can also upload photos from Facebook.
  3. Click on the 'How to upload/Help' link in the upper right for more instruction.
  4. You may add photos to an existing album or create a new one.
  5. When you are done uploading, you will be taken to the 'My Albums' page.
How Do I View My Photos?Back To Top

If you have previously uploaded photos and wish to view them:

  1. Click on the 'My Albums' link or click on the thumbnail image for your most recent album and you will be taken to the 'My Albums' page.
How Do I Order Prints?Back To Top
  1. When you are done uploading, or if you wish to order prints from an existing album, simply click on the 'Order Prints' link on the right hand side of the 'My Albums' page.
  2. Select the prints you wish to order from the current album or click on the name of any other albums to view and select prints to add to your shopping cart. You must click the 'Order Prints' button to add your selected prints to your shopping cart.
  3. You can choose glossy or matte finish for your prints.
  4. From the shopping cart, you can also select additional print sizes, change the quantity of prints ordered, and add a border to your prints if you choose.
How Do I Share Albums and Photos?Back To Top

From the 'My Albums' page it is easy to share entire albums or individual photos with others.

  1. To share an album:
    1. Select the album you wish to share from the left hand navigation. You will see all the images in that album displayed in the middle section of the page.
    2. On the right hand navigation, click on the 'Share Album' link.
    3. A pop-up window will appear with options to share via email (Recipients receive an email with a link to your album. Note: Recipients will need to create an account in order to view your album.)
    4. Or you may share your album directly to Facebook. (Note: Facebook Privacy Policy and Terms of Use will apply.)
    5. If sharing by email, be sure to tick the box 'Allow sharing of this album' to enable your recipients to share your album with others.
  2. To share a photo:
    1. Select the photo you wish to share from within your album. You will see the image open in the middle section of the page with links underneath for various tasks.
    2. Select 'Share' and follow instructions as noted above for sharing an album. You may also select 'Share Photo' on the right hand navigation.

What Are The Minimum System Requirements?Back To Top

In order to function and display properly, here are the minimum system requirements:

  • Browsers supported for the current version +1 back in history (ex. IE 8) Google Chrome, IE , Mozilla Firefox, and Safari).
  • Must have cookies and java script enabled.
  • Must have at least Adobe Flash 11 installed.

How to Create an AlbumBack To Top

How to Add a Border to My PhotosBack To Top
  1. Adding a border to your photo(s) can now be done in your shopping cart.
  2. Once you have placed all the photos that you wish to add a border to in your cart, select the border type you wish to add in the upper right corner of the 'Order Summary' page.
  3. You may select a plain black, plain white or torn white border for your prints.
  4. The border you select will be added to ALL the prints in your cart.
How Do I Rename Albums and Photos?Back To Top

From the 'My Albums' page it is easy to rename your albums or individual photos.

  1. To rename an album:
    1. Select the album you wish to rename from the left hand navigation. You will see all the images in that album displayed in the middle section of the page.
    2. On the right hand navigation, click on the 'Rename Album' link.
    3. A pop-up window will appear with a box for you to type in the new name.
    4. Click 'OK' to save.
  2. To rename a photo:
    1. Select the photo you wish to rename from within your album. You will see the image open in the middle section of the page with links underneath for various tasks.
    2. Select 'Rename photo' and follow instructions as noted above for renaming an album.
    3. You may also select 'Rename Photo' on the right hand navigation.
How Do I Rotate & Flip Photos?Back To Top
  1. Select the photo you wish to rotate or flip from within your album. You will see the image open in the middle section of the page with links underneath for various tasks.
  2. Select 'Edit' from the links underneath the photo or select 'Edit & Enhance' on the right hand navigation.
  3. The photo will open in the editing function with the rotate and flip tools directly below the photo.
  4. When you have made your changes, be sure to save them by clicking 'Done' at the lower corner of the right hand navigation.
  5. You may choose to save your changes to the original photo (this is the default 'Replace this photo') or as a copy by selecting 'Make a copy' before clicking 'Done'.
How Do I Delete Albums and Photos?Back To Top
To delete an album:
  1. Select the album you wish to delete from the left hand navigation. You will see all the images in that album displayed in the middle section of the page.
  2. On the right hand navigation, click on the 'Delete Album' link.
  3. A pop-up window will appear asking if you are sure you wish to delete the album, click 'OK' to delete.
To delete a photo:
  1. Select the photo you wish to delete from within your album. You will see the image open in the middle section of the page with links underneath for various tasks.
  2. Select 'Delete' from the links below the photo.
  3. A pop-up window will appear asking if you are sure you wish to delete the photo, click 'OK' to delete.
  4. You may also select 'Delete Photo' on the right hand navigation.
How Do I Edit My Photos?Back To Top
  1. To edit a photo select the photo you wish to edit from within your album or to edit all images, simply click on the first one.
  2. You will see the image open in the middle section of the page with links below for various tasks and all the images in the album in the scrolling strip underneath.
  3. Select 'Edit' from the links below the photo. The photo will open in the editing function with the editing tools in the right hand navigation.
    1. Color Effects - Allows you to apply various tints to your photo, including black-and-white and sepia.
    2. Crop – Allows you to crop your photo using guide locks for 4x6/5x7/8x10 or free form.
    3. Fix – Allows you to adjust the brightness, contrast and sharpness of your photos.
    4. Frames – Allows you to apply special effect frames, such as drop shadows or vignettes to your photos.
  4. When you have made your changes, be sure to save them by clicking 'Done' at the lower corner of the right hand navigation.
  5. You may choose to save your changes to the original photo (this is the default 'Replace this photo') or as a copy by selecting 'Make a copy' before clicking 'Done'.

You can access this from the 'My Account' link. Click on 'View Order History' to view pending & previous order details.

How Long Will It Take To Receive My Products?Back To Top

Almost all orders over 1 pound will be shipped UPS and you will find a UPS tracking number in the email you received when your order was shipped. If your order is under 1 pound, it will generally be delivered by US Mail and is not trackable.

We usually create your products within 2-3 business days of receiving your order. Shipping times vary, but you should expect 3-10 business days (14 business days during holiday periods) for standard shipping in the continental US. Large orders, as well as delivery to an APO/FPO address, to Hawaii and to Alaska can sometimes cause additional delays. If you are in a rush, we do offer two-day and overnight shipping.

How Do I Return an Item or Get a Refund?Back To Top

We know you will be happy with the quality of our products. If you are not, please contact our Customer Service department to request your order be remade or refunded. All requests must be made within 60 days of receiving your order. We may ask that you return the product or e-mail us a photo of your order so we can understand the problem.

Do You Review Designs Before Making the Products?Back To Top

We're all about saving you money. One way we are able to get your price down is by eliminating a design review on our end and allowing you to approve your own design. Carefully review your design on the approve & order page before approving your design and placing your order.

One of the ways we can offer such low prices is that we do not review each individual design. Because of that, we ask that you carefully review your designs for typos and accuracy. Also, make sure all your important design elements fit within the boundaries of the design surface. We cannot refund or remake orders of this nature. Please keep in mind that thin borders do not work well on the edges of any product. Printing and cutting equipment have small operational variances so we cannot guarantee the borders will be exactly uniform around the product.

Can You Exactly Match My Color?Back To Top

While we try our best to carefully match the colors on your design, we are not always able to match exactly. This has to do with our 4-color manufacturing process and variations in how colors look on computer screens. We use a digital printing process that saves you money and allows you to order in lower quantities. This process does not allow for exact color matching.

How Do I Create a Free Clark Color Account?Back To Top

You will need:

  • A valid e-mail address
  • Access to a computer with an Internet connection

Then, just follow these steps:

  1. Click the "Sign Up or Log In" link on the upper right.
  2. Fill out the short 'Create A New Account' form on the right-hand side of the page.
  3. Click on the "Create Account" button.
  4. Read through the Terms of Use and click the "Accept" button.
I Forgot My Password, What Should I Do?Back To Top
  1. Click the "Sign Up or Log In" link on the upper right.
  2. Under the 'Log In', you will see a link that says "Forgot Password". Click on the link.
  3. You will see a form that asks you to enter the email address associated with the account.
  4. Fill in your email address and click Continue. Your password will be emailed to you.

Your existing password must be verified on our new website within 60 days of its launch. If you do not do this, your previous password will no longer be valid. You can request a new password using the "forgot password" link. Once we send you a new password, you can go right into your account and change the password.

It's easy to do a number of tasks from the 'My Account' link in the upper right corner:

  1. Log in to your account using your email address and password.
  2. Click on the 'My Account' link and then:
    1. 'Edit My Profile' to change your email address and/or password and view credits
    2. 'View Order History' to view pending & previous order details
    3. 'Manage Address Book' to add new or change existing saved addresses
    4. 'My Albums' to view all your saved photo albums
    5. 'My Projects' to view shared, saved and purchased projects

Clark Color Info and Policies

What is the Clark Color Storage Policy?Back To Top

Clark Color offers free, unlimited storage of your online photos that you upload to your account, as long as you remain an active member of the service.

Active participation in the service is defined as having made at least one purchase of photo merchandise (prints, posters, Photo Books, calendars, cards or gifts) through the website within the last 365 days. Uploaded photos will expire and be deleted if no order was placed within the last 365 days. To protect you from losing your photos, we send four emails to remind you that your photos will expire starting 45 days prior to your expiration date, and repeating each 15 days until your final notice.

With a single undiscounted print order as low as $1.08, it's easy to remain an active customer.
