|
Click on the 'account' tab near the top of most pages to:
- View and edit your account information, including e-mail address, password, mailing address, and credit card info.
- Print a postage-paid mailing label and order form so you can send in film.
- See your available credits.

| Sending in Film for Development |
|
You can send in your film by printing a postage-paid mailing label and order form. Use them with your own packaging to send your film to Clark.
- On the 'your account' page, click on the 'print a label' button.
- You'll see the label on your screen. Just print it out following the instructions on the label. Please use clear tape to attach the postage-paid mailing label to your own sturdy padded envelope

| Editing Your Personal Info |
|
From 'your account', you can add or update any of your personal info, including your name, email address, mailing address or credit card information. Here's how:
- Click on the 'account' tab near the top of the page
- You'll see the info currently saved in your account displayed under 'personal information'. Click on the 'edit personal info' button
- Add or update your e-mail address, password, name, mailing address, billing info, or credit card info by typing in the form fields
- Click on the yellow 'update info' button

| Order Status and History |
|
|
When you send in film for developing or place an order through our website
(prints, Photo CDs, hi-res downloads), your order is added to the order
status and history section of your account. Within that section, you can
view the details of your Clark Color Labs orders including the status of each order,
a breakdown of the charges, and a detailed history of your past Clark Color Labs
orders (up to 12 months). visit order status and history

| Credits |
|
|
Your account page lists the credits you have in your account, along with a description and date they expire.

| Common Questions About Your Account |

What if I forgot my password?
We'll send your password to the email address stored in your Clark account. Just follow these steps:
- Go to www.clarkcolor.com and find the log in area on the right hand side of the page.
- Click on the 'forgot password?' link.
- A small window containing a text field will pop up. Enter the email address you use with your Clark account and click on 'OK'.
- We'll immediately send you an email message with your password.
- Check your email for the password, and then return to www.clarkcolor.com and log in. Need your password now?
Tip: Make sure the email address you enter is the one you provided with your film developing order.
How do I change the email address Clark uses to contact me?
You can change any part of your account info, including your email address, by following these steps:
- Click on the 'account' tab at the top of the page.
- Click on the 'edit personal info' button.
- Type your new e-mail address into the form field.
- Click on the yellow 'update info' button.
If I change my mailing address on the website, will I automatically get new Clark mailers and labels?
No, but it's easy to print out a postage-paid mailing label and order form that you can use to send in your film. When you send in your next film developing order, we will send back additional mailers and new ID labels that you can use with future orders.
I sent in film and then updated my mailing address on the website. What will happen?
Your film developing order will always be sent to the address you provide on the film mailer when you send in your film. Even if you change it on the website, your order will be sent to the address on your order form. If you're unsure of the address to which your order was sent, please
contact customerservice@clarkcolor.com.
