Do I have to be online to use the Clark PhotoShow?
Sometimes you do and sometimes you don't. You don't have to be online to browse through the digital photos on your hard drive, or to edit or organize your photos. But when you want to order prints, upload photos or share photos with others, you do need to be connected to the internet. This is because the Clark PhotoShow must access your online account information at Clark to complete your print order, upload or photo sharing. If you use DSL or cable to connect to the internet, the PhotoShow will automatically detect this and connect to Clark without any interruption.
If you use a dial-up internet service such as AOL, please make sure you have connected to the internet before attempting to print, upload or share photos from the Clark PhotoShow.
What if I have questions about how to use the program?
The Clark PhotoShow program has step-by-step help instructions built right into the application. To access the help guide, launch the program and press the F1 key on your keyboard. Or click on the "Help" menu in the program and choose "PhotoShow Help".
How come I can't use my own MP3's in my slideshow?
This feature is not available in the Express version of Clark PhotoShow. You must upgrade to PhotoShow Deluxe for that and many other exciting features.
