| Logging in to your Account |
|
Once you've started using Clark, you can log in to your account anytime.
- Go to www.clarkcolor.com
- Find the area in the upper right corner of the page that says 'already a member?' and click the 'log in' button.
- Type in the email address and password you used when you created your account.
- Click the 'log in' button.
Tip: If you forgot your password, click on the link next to the 'log in' button, and enter your email address. We'll send your password to you.
If you receive an error that your email address is incorrect,
be sure that you are logging in with the exact email address that is
on your pre-printed Clark film labels. At times, a customer service
representative may be unable to decipher handwriting and enter an
email address in the system incorrectly. If this happens, your photos
are put online, but you will not be able to log in because the
incorrect email address on file will not match your actual email
address. Check your pre-printed labels to determine the exact email
address that is on file with your account, then log in with that email
address to view your photos. You can then correct your email address
after logging in by clicking the 'account' tab near the top of most pages.
If you want to use the Clarkcolor.com website without having to log in every time you visit, click on the box labeled "Remember me every time I visit." Then, click on the log in button. When you are done viewing your photos, just close your browser window. The next time you go to www.clarkcolor.com, you'll go directly into your account without having to log in.
To log out of your account when you are finished, just click on 'log out' in the upper right corner of most pages of the site. You will have to log in again when you return, even if you clicked on the 'Remember me' box.
