In the midst of this unprecedented situation with COVID-19 (coronavirus), family and community remain at the core of what we do at Clark Color. We want to assure you that we’re doing our best to look out for our customers and our employees, including:

    • Utilizing social distancing for those that must be on-site
    • Increased cleaning and hygiene measures
    • Suspending all non-essential business travel for our employees

Will my order be affected?

Most of our production facilities are currently open with strict social distancing measures in place. A subset of our products may not be available for a while. As this an evolving situation, we will continue to keep you updated on any further real time developments. For the latest, please check this page.

When will my order be delivered?

Some orders may be experiencing delays at this time. Please know we are doing our best to get your products to you as soon as we can. Generally, it is taking us four days to make orders. Canvas prints are taking slightly longer. If you are ordering for Mother's Day, we urge you to get in your order as soon as possible.

Will customer service be affected? Can I still get help?

You can send us an email using our Contact Us form and we will get back to you as soon as we can, usually within one business day. At this point, we are not taking customer service phone calls, although customer service might respond to your email with a phone call if needed. For the latest, please check this page.
