Our Statement About COVID-19

In the midst of this unprecedented situation with COVID-19 (coronavirus), family and community remain at the core of what we do at Clark Color. We want to assure you that we’re doing our best to look out for our customers and our employees, including:

    • Encouraging all team members who can to work from home
    • Utilizing social distancing for those that must be on-site
    • Increased cleaning and hygiene measures
    • Suspending all non-essential business travel for our employees

We’re grateful to continue bringing you the products you love. We know how much your meaningful memories and sentimental keepsakes help you stay connected to your friends & family both near and far. We believe in the power of sharing special moments with the people most important to you.

We hope to provide your family with endless hours of happiness through creating, designing, and enjoying our incredible selection of products. We are here for you and are doing all we can to support you during this time. This includes offering our ideas on how to stay connected and creative over the next several weeks. Most importantly, please continue to share your passion, photography, and beautiful memories — the world needs it.

All the best,

Your Clark Color team

Will my order be affected?

Most of our production facilities are currently open. Will my order be delayed?

At this point, we do not expect delays of more than a day or two.

Will customer service be affected? Can I still get help?

You can call us during our hours of operation or send as an email. We have plans in place to avoid disruption; however, as this is an evolving situation, our customer service hours and operations are subject to change. For the latest, please check this page.
